Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallScope, operated by Blue Collar Tech LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using CallScope, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
CallScope is an AI-powered estimating assistant for field service contractors. The Service allows you to:
- Upload or paste customer call recordings and transcripts
- Use AI to extract customer information, scope of work, and action items
- Match scope items to your pricing sheet and generate line-item estimates
- Generate and send professional PDF estimates to customers
- Interact with an AI Scope Agent to refine scope of work via chat
3. Account Registration
To use CallScope, you must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@callscope.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business to create an account.
4. Subscription & Billing
CallScope offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly:

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrades & cancellations: Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
Usage resets: Call upload and scope session counts reset at the start of each billing period.
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CallScope only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Upload recordings or transcripts of calls you did not participate in or have authorization to process.
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent estimates or mislead customers.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary systems.
- Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.
- Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or disruptive content through the Service.
6. Call Recording Consent
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction. Many states and countries require all parties to a telephone conversation to consent to being recorded ("all-party consent" or "two-party consent" jurisdictions).
By uploading any call recording to CallScope, you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained all legally required consents from all parties on the call.
- The recording and processing of the call complies with all applicable laws.
- You indemnify Blue Collar Tech LLC against any claims arising from your failure to obtain proper consent.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
CallScope uses artificial intelligence to generate call summaries, scope of work items, estimates, and email drafts. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in your business operations, sharing it with customers, or relying on it for pricing decisions. CallScope is a productivity tool — not a substitute for your professional judgment.
Blue Collar Tech LLC is not liable for any financial loss, customer disputes, or business damages resulting from errors in AI-generated estimates or summaries.
8. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full ownership of all data you upload to CallScope, including call recordings, transcripts, pricing sheets, and customer information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our platform: The CallScope platform, including its AI models, software, design, and branding, is owned by Blue Collar Tech LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of CallScope is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Termination
By you: You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, or in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
